NCRRRI public hearings are open to government officials, nonprofit organizations, civil rights advocates, and community volunteers. Complete the form below to register your attendance or request to testify.

Who can register

Government OfficialFederal, state, or local elected or appointed officials and their staff.
Nonprofit OrganizationRepresentatives of registered 501(c)(3) or similar nonprofit entities.
Civil Rights AdvocateAttorneys, researchers, organizers, and policy professionals working in civil rights.
Community VolunteerMembers of the public who wish to attend, support, or testify at a hearing.
